1. Service Description

Soravox provides AI-powered voice agent services for e-commerce businesses. Our agents answer customer phone calls, look up order information, handle return inquiries, and provide product support on your behalf.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services.

3. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Overage minutes are billed at the rate specified in your plan. All amounts are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you will be asked to select a plan to continue using the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Soravox for illegal purposes, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Soravox is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime for our voice agent services. We will notify you in advance of any planned maintenance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Soravox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
