How It Works

1. Use Soravox for 90 days. Your subscription must be active for at least 90 consecutive days after your free trial ends.

2. We measure resolution rate. A call is considered "resolved" when the customer's question is answered and the call ends without needing escalation to a human. We evaluate performance based on the last 30 days of the 90-day period.

3. If we're under 75%, you get refunded. Submit a claim within 7 days of the 90-day mark. We process refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Eligibility

To qualify for the guarantee:

Your Shopify store must be connected and your phone line must be routing calls to Soravox. You need at least 200 calls during the 90-day period. Your knowledge base must be reasonably complete — products, policies, and FAQs loaded. You must respond to any requests from our team to improve your agent's performance within 48 hours.

What's Included In The Refund

Your last 3 months of subscription fees are refunded. Overage charges and any one-time setup fees are excluded. The refund is processed as a cash refund to your original payment method.
